Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Implement educational programs that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap time. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns. Manage classroom behavior using effective classroom management techniques. Support children with special needs by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements. Requirements Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers or as a nanny is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus. Familiarity with toddler care practices and infant care techniques. Strong skills in classroom management to maintain a positive learning environment. Ability to educate children through play-based learning methods. Experience working with children of various age groups including preschoolers and infants. Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. A background in special education is beneficial but not mandatory.
