About the Role This full-time (40+ hrs/wk) position blends: Communication Champion – Over the top ability to communication Classroom Support – Work in classrooms as needed, provide classroom management coaching, Curriculum Management — Research, implement, and evaluate innovative teaching strategies. Operational Leadership — Oversee daily scheduling, compliance, and center operations. Staff Development — Lead training, mentor teachers, and foster a positive, collaborative team. Guest Relations — Conduct tours and create a welcoming experience for families. Parent & Community Engagement – Lead center tours and represent our brand at outreach events. Qualifications Proven Leadership — Prior Assistant Director, Lead Teacher, or Site Coordinator in a licensed childcare setting. Curriculum Expertise — Deep passion for early childhood development and play-based learning. Hands-on experience executing curriculum (bonus if you know Learning Beyond Paper) Compliance Credentials — Completion of all required Director Massachuesettes requirements.
