EEC Certified Toddler and Preschool Teachers Over the Rainbow Nursery School, Inc. 76 Salem End Road, Framingham, MA 01702 Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Toddler and Preschool Teachers to join our educational team in mid-August 2025. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring the overall well-being of toddler and preschool-aged children. The positions are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm only. All prospective candidates must be EEC Certified. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes holistic development. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns. Conduct standardized testing as required to assess student development and learning outcomes. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across different subjects. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in a licensed childcare setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and constructively. Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
