Summer 2025 Extended School Year Special Education Program
- Special Education Teachers for
Autism Programs Levels:
Teachers needed for Preschool, Elementary & Middle School classrooms
Location:
Center Elementary School Dates:
July 7
- August 7, 2025 Program is Monday through Thursday (no programming on Fridays)
Teacher Hours:
7:30AM to 1:15 PM (5.75 hours/day) Qualified candidates will provide ABA programming for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The students attend 4 or 5 hours/day. The focus of instruction is based on individual students’ IEPs in order for them to review, practice and maintain previously learned skills.
- Understanding & experience teaching with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience with discrete trial instruction
- Monitor student progress to maintain skills from IEP goals and write ESY summaries of performance at the end of the session.
- Plan and maintain a program of instruction individualized to students’ IEP goals & objectives
- Facilitate and support paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom

Note:
All positions are contingent upon the number of students enrolled. Master degree preferred.
