Support Teacher Hourly Pay Range:

$17.00•23.00, based on experience and qualifications.

Assistant Teacher Hourly Pay Range:

$19.00•25.00, based on experience and qualifications

Lead Teacher Houry Pay Range:

$21.00•28.00 We offer full medical benefits, 401k, and discounted tuition. Key Responsibilities Introduce and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum which reflects observations and goals of individual children. Plan and execute age-appropriate weekly lesson plans. Engage and communicate with individual and groups of children during activities and routines. Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication and conferences to discuss overall growth and development. Follow all health and safety rules while supervising children at al times. Demonstrate awareness and supervision of the entire group whether working with a group of children or individuals.

Minimum Qualifications Assistant & Support Teacher:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) 1+ years of previous experience working with children Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (required) Ability to reliably commute to school’s location Meet all applicable state licensing requirements for education and experience

Lead Teacher:

Meet state Licensing requirements for education and experience (required) Associate’s degree or CDA a must (BS or BA Degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education or related degree preferred) 2+ years of previous experience working with children Ability to reliably commute to school’s location Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (required) Meet all applicable state licensing requirements for education and experience Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing, joyful approach to care Interest in growing within a supportive, mission-driven preschool environment Computer literacy required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, peers, and families Basic understanding of early childhood development principles Strong time management and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Intermediate PC or administrative skills Physical Requirements Frequently lifts or moves weight as in lifting, carrying, and holding children and infants of 10 to 60 pounds Ability to bend, reach, and move freely throughout the classroom Ability to operate a computer, phone, and classroom/office equipment Regular and reliable attendance Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
