Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and adaptable Part-Time Floater to support classrooms throughout our school. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with children of all ages, and is comfortable jumping into any room with confidence and care. Hours will vary based on center needs and range from 20 to 40 hours per week .

Responsibilities:

Assist in classrooms as needed, supporting lead and assistant teachers Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities Maintain a clean and organized environment, including light cleaning duties Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Spend time outdoors with children during play or exploration Support transitions and routines throughout the day

Requirements:

Passion for early childhood education Ability to adapt quickly to different age groups and classroom environments Reliable and flexible with a team-first attitude Must be comfortable working with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old Willingness to learn and grow with our school community Must meet state licensing requirements (background check, training, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool (Preferred, but not required) CPR/First Aid certification (Preferred, but not required. We will get you this certification if you do not have it already) CDA or ECE coursework (a plus but not required) Why Join Us?
