Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team at Kids Inn Child Care Center. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment for children, fostering their development through play and educational activities. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Provide care for children including feeding, diapering, and personal hygiene. Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain health records. Requirements Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Strong knowledge of child development principles. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to manage behavior effectively in a classroom setting. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for working with children.
