The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education, utilizing various teaching methods to engage children in learning through play and exploration. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes holistic development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere for all students. Provide individualized support to children with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention strategies. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s development both at school and at home. Incorporate physical education activities into the daily routine to promote health and wellness among students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones. Experience Previous experience in daycare or preschool settings is preferred. Familiarity with Montessori principles or other early childhood education methodologies is a plus. Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children is highly desirable. Skills in classroom management and tutoring are essential for creating an effective learning environment. Knowledge of teaching math concepts at an early age is beneficial.
