We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team and guide our 2.5-to 3-year-olds.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with Missouri Early Learning Standards Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment Encourage creativity, curiosity, independence, and confidence Track developmental milestones and maintain individual portfolios Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress and classroom events Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a cohesive educational experience Maintain daily routines and structure while supporting social-emotional development Participate in professional development, team meetings, and center events

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) Missouri State Teaching Certificate for Early Childhood (preferred, not required) Minimum 1 year experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting Strong classroom management skills and ability to build rapport with young children CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass background checks per state licensing requirements Knowledgeable in Procare, and how to use a tablet
