This role is essential in supporting the educational development of young children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and have experience working with toddlers and young children. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play. Provide attentive care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day. Foster a positive classroom environment by engaging with children and encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Communicate effectively with children and staff to support each child’s learning journey. Support behavior management strategies to help children develop self-regulation skills. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education. Encourage faith development of young children. Experience Previous experience in early childhood education or toddler care is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and colleagues.
