The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning through play and exploration. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all children. Monitor and assess children’s progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language development, and motor skills. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning and development at home. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards. Skills in behavior management techniques to effectively support children’s needs. First aid certification is a plus; training may be provided if not currently certified. Experience or training in special education is beneficial for supporting diverse learners. Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth through caregiving practices.
