The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childhood development and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and caring for children aged 3 to 5 years, helping them develop essential skills through engaging activities and structured play. Duties Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education and development. Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Engage children in various educational activities that support their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns regarding behavior or development. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Provide care for toddlers and infants as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early learning standards. Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable. Skills in behavior management and effective communication with both children and parents. Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or providing infant care is a plus. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. A nurturing attitude with the ability to build trusting relationships with students.
