Infant Teacher Porters Chapel Academy Daycare 3670 Porters Chapel Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180 Job Overview We are seeking a caregiver for infants that is capable of nurturing and caring for the babies in a loving environment while helping them grow. Duties Maintaining daily schedules provided by parents. Communicate with parents. Feeding and diapering and keeping babies clean. Teaching through play and interaction. Provide a clean, safe and nurturing environment at all times. Clean classroom daily. Qualifications Experience in caregiving or related fields such as childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus. Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques are beneficial. Previous experience in preschool settings or infant care is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others are essential traits for success in this role. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be 21 years of age or older.
