Lead Teacher Little Thinkers 2485 Moran Street, Burlington, NC 27215 About us Little Thinkers is a family owned childcare center in Burlington, NC. We are professional, creative, rewarding and our goal is to care for, educate and nurture children while they are in our care. We are a 5 star center and have been in operation since 2008.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and working with young children, and will be able to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and develop their skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in their care.
Responsibilities:
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students. Provide individualized instruction to students to help them reach their full potential. Encourage creativity and problem-solving skills in students. Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians. Observe and document student progress. Implement classroom management strategies.
Required:
AAS or higher in early childhood education is required Current qualifying letter from DCDEE (background check) Current TB test (within the last 12 months) Current physical (within the last 12 months) Experience with 3-4 year old children is a must! We are hiring Lead teachers for our Moran Street location.
