Assistant Director Early Childcare 008650102048 Shallotte, NC 28470 Overview The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic initiatives and operational management of the organization. This position requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about education and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director to implement educational programs, and oversee administrative functions within the center. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment and committed to making a profound impact on the lives of children. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute strategic planning initiatives that align with the centers goals. Educate faculty and staff on best practices and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes are in place to support program, team members and students. Maintain records for staff and children. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Education Administration or a related field. Completion of Admin I & II Experience in an educational environment. Exceptional leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in addition computer skills are required. Knowledge in the Early Childcare. Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
