The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for young children. This role involves working closely with toddlers and preschool-aged children, promoting their development through creative activities and structured lessons. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, childhood development, and overall child welfare. Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students. Engage with children in various activities that enhance their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to create a collaborative educational community. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their child’s development. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning. Requirements Experience working with children in a preschool or private school setting is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Knowledge of toddler care practices and child welfare standards. Familiarity with literacy education strategies for early learners. Understanding of childhood development principles to support the growth of each child. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
