Teachers Stedman Baptist Daycare Stedman, NC 28391 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment from Infants to 2 yrs old a positive learning environment for children. This role involves educating students, developing curriculum, and providing care for toddlers while promoting their overall development. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and ensuring that each child reaches their full potential. Duties Educate students in accordance with established curriculum standards and educational best practices. Provide infant, toddler and 2 yr old care, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young learners. Through interactive activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning at home and in the classroom. Maintain an organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to promote positive interactions among other children. Skills Strong desire working with children in daycare or educational settings. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and parents. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
