The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The Childcare Provider will engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development while ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene. Educate children through play-based learning techniques that foster curiosity and creativity. Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain emergency preparedness protocols. Qualifications Experience in childcare or related fields such as babysitting or caregiving is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential. Familiarity with infant care practices and toddler care techniques is a plus. Strong behavior management skills to address various situations effectively. Ability to create educational activities suitable for different age groups. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents effectively.
