We are a group of fun professional early educators and we want you to join our 5 star rated center. We are a medium sized center and very much family oriented with our families and our staff. We need dedicated individuals who want to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for the children in our community. We have regular preschool classes, Early Head Start, and NC PreK. This is the place for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety and well-being of each child by responding to their emotional, social, and physical needs as well as their educational needs Utilize developmentally appropriate practice and best practice methods at all times Be a positive role model for all care giving staff and children Create and maintain an environment that is clean, organized, and safe for all children Plan daily activities that are developmentally appropriate Maintain a professional self-image and be respectful of all children and their families Engage children in activities and play that stimulates their development Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment Assist children with activities of daily life (restroom use, diapering, hand washing) Be creative with Parent Engagement activities.
REQUIRED EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS NC
Early Childhood Credential (now offering testing out option) or Equivilent (EDU 119). We encourage our staff to continue their education and offer help with tuition reimbursement.
