Child Care Teacher Hold Strong Logistics Sanford, NC 27332 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. This role involves working with children in various settings, including preschool. Duties Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a classroom environment that encourages learning through play and exploration. Provide individualized attention to children, including those with special needs or disabilities, ensuring their unique learning requirements are met. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Experience working in a classroom setting or as a caregiver is essential; prior experience in preschool or nannying. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required and can be obtained after employment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and children. A genuine love for teaching and nurturing young children, along with patience and creativity in lesson delivery.
