Job Description:

ILIM Montessori School is seeking a passionate and experienced Language Immersion Teacher to join our innovative team. This role involves implementing an immersive language education model that aligns with Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for students to develop their academics, language and core skills along with cultural awareness.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in a language immersion setting. Implement Montessori and Reggio methods to promote individualized learning and independence among students. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to integrate language immersion and skills based across the curriculum. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents. Maintain a dynamic and culturally rich classroom environment. Maintain age appropriate classroom management Participate in professional development and continuous learning in both language education and Montessori methodologies.
