We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to support our educational programs. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and implementation of curriculum, provide a Christian environment that is nurturing, accepting, and respectful of all individuals (students, parents, and staff), and contribute to creating a positive learning environment. This particular opening is for our three year old class. This class meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Hours are from 8:30-1:30. Duties

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Assist in classroom activities and provide one-on-one support to students
  • Utilize behavior management techniques to create a conducive learning atmosphere
  • Organizing the physical environment in a developmentally appropriate way.
  • Gearing the classroom program to the needs and interests of individual children with concern for their interests, abilities, and learning style.
  • Communicating with parents via calendars and emails. Qualifications
  • Lead teaching experience preferred
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse learning needs
