Toddler Teacher First Methodist Church – Early Learning Center 110 West Church Street, China Grove, NC 28023 The First Methodist Church of China Grove’s Early Learning Center strives to serve the local community in a manner that honors both our families and God through providing exceptional care for their children and our employees. We are currently seeking an Infant Teacher to join our team of experienced professionals, and welcome candidates with a passion for childcare and prior experience in early childhood education or daycare. Basic Requirements:
- Collaborate with the Director and other staff in curriculum planning and center activities
- Attend staff meetings and staff training
- Demonstrate flexibility in matching individual children’s learning skills with various activities
- Evaluate teaching through children’s level of understanding
- Provide a sanitary work environment and teach the children safe hygiene practices
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop and squat at least 95% of the day Wages are based on education and experience.
