We are currently hiring for a 4 days (Monday

• Thursday) a week position. Our daily work hours are from 8:30
• 1:30, and we follow the traditional school year of August
• May.

Duties:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood program
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience for all children
• Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and developmental milestones
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns or issues that may arise

Experience:

• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
