Summary We are seeking dedicated Support Staff to join our team at Creative Schools at Davis Park. This role is essential in providing support to our educators and ensuring that our children receive the best possible care and educational experiences. Responsibilities Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities. Provide supervision and support to children during playtime and structured activities. Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students. Support the developmental needs of children through engaging activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and needs. Requirements Experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Ability to manage behavior effectively in a classroom setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
