In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring that students continue to receive quality education in the absence of their regular teachers. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in classroom management and experience working with children across various age groups, including preschool settings. Duties Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of instruction. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, fostering an atmosphere of support and encouragement. Engage students in educational activities that promote learning and development. Monitor student progress and provide feedback as necessary. Assist with classroom management tasks, including organizing materials and maintaining cleanliness. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs of students. Requirements Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents. Experience in a preschool or private school environment is a plus. Ability to create a nurturing and engaging atmosphere conducive to learning. Must be adaptable, patient, and able to handle various classroom situations effectively.
