Full Job Description Duties:

• implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Follow all licensing regulations and adhere to the center’s policies and procedures.

Experience:

• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Your hours will be the late shift until closing each day which is 5:30pm.

In example 12:30-5:30, 2-5:30pm or something close to this schedule to accommodate the needs of the center.
