Tuition Assistance Qualifications Lead Teachers:

2 years of classroom experience in a licensed child care center or preschool North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) and/or Child Development Associate (CDA)

Credential Preferred:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood/Related field or Unrelated with 12 additional semester hours in early childhood coursework)

Assistant Teachers:

1 year of classroom experience in a licensed child care center or preschool. North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) and/or Child Development Associate (CDA)

Credential Preferred:

Additional semester hours in early childhood coursework at an accredited post-secondary school Responsibilities Provide an environment that is safe, positive, nurturing, and respectful of children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding developmental milestones, concerns, and overall well-being of the children in your care. Complete documentation in compliance with state and company requirements: attendance, daily reports, sleep checks, health checks. Prepare and implement classroom lesson plans, program, and schedule. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment by following sanitation rules and regulations.
