Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Infant and toddler one year old Lead Teacher to join our team at a Christian Preschool. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Toddlers or Two year olds. Must possess strong classroom management skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your care Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

Requirements:

Two Years Previous experience working in an early childcare environment Proficiency in classroom management techniques Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and parents EDU 119 Completion Minimum Education Requirement for Assistant Teaching Staff AAS Degree or Batchelor’s Degree with EDU 119 or equivalent Minimum Education Requirement for Lead Teaching Staff Pay rate between $16 – $21 an hour based upon education and experience.
