We pride ourselves on fostering each child’s natural development in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate is gentle, respectful, and enthusiastic about working with toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years within a Montessori framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a co-teacher to nurture children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth. Organize and maintain a clean, welcoming, and structured Montessori classroom. Design and present lessons tailored to each child’s interests and developmental stage, in line with Montessori methods. Observe and assess children’s progress, adapting activities to meet their unique needs. Foster independence, self-help skills, and critical thinking. Cultivate a serene and respectful classroom atmosphere. Support students with diaper changes and personal hygiene routines.
Requirements:
Montessori Certification, training, or enrollment in a Montessori training program. Prior experience with young children is highly desirable. Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and materials. Strong classroom management and communication skills for toddlers.
