The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers and infants, fostering their development through engaging activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good behavior. Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that stimulates curiosity and exploration. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students. Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and any incidents that occur during care. Experience Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is essential. Familiarity with toddler care techniques and infant care practices is highly desirable. Experience in behavior management strategies within a classroom setting is beneficial. Background in babysitting or related childcare roles will be considered an asset. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
