Job Summary:
- Holy Cross Early Childhood Center (HCECC) is looking for an experienced Early Childhood Lead Teacher.
If you embrace the mission, vision, and philosophy that education of the heart is as important as education of the mind. We offer a Nature Explorer Outdoor Classroom and a beautiful, spacious outdoor fenced in play area for our students. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, team-oriented Lead Teacher who is patient and passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and education, with a focus on creating engaging and educational experiences for young learners.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes exploration and discovery
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s individual needs
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions among students

Experience:
- 18 ECE/EDU credits or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment techniques
- Experience in behavior management strategies for young learners
- Understanding of special education principles is a plus
