Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, nurturing, and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with infants (typically ages 6 weeks to 12 months), supporting their developmental needs, and fostering a safe, loving environment where they can grow and thrive. Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for infants. Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that support developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language acquisition, sensory exploration, and emotional bonding. Maintain open and professional communication with parents, including daily reports on feedings, diapering, naps, and developmental progress. Ensure the health and safety of infants by adhering to state regulations and center policies on hygiene, nutrition, and supervision. Observe and document developmental progress, and address individual needs with personalized care and attention. Foster strong emotional connections with each child, promoting a sense of security and trust. Collaborate with team members and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
