The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting the healthy development of young children, creating a safe and stimulating environment, and building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Responsibilities Provide responsive, respectful, and developmentally appropriate care to infants and toddlers (ages 12 months to 24 months). Create and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and implement activities that support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development. Observe and document children’s progress and milestones; communicate regularly with families. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including diapering, feeding, and nap schedules. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom culture. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements Experience in daycare or childcare settings is preferred. A background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable. Proven experience working with young children, including toddler care or nannying experience. Strong behavior management skills to effectively guide children’s interactions. Ability to create engaging classroom activities that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members. A nurturing attitude with a genuine passion for teaching and caring for young learners. Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus.
