Responsibilities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare setting. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote early childhood development. Supervise and engage with children during playtime and learning activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and any concerns. Administer first aid when necessary and manage any behavioral issues with care.
