Full Job Description Description:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child’s progress in person and through Brightwheel Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children First Aid and CPR certification is preferred and required after starting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and handle the demands of a busy classroom Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
