Infant Teacher Ready Set Grow Childcare LLC Claremont, NH 03743 Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to early childhood education and an understanding of childhood development principles to ensure that each child receives the support they need to thrive. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. Employ effective behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children. Collaborate with special education professionals when working with children with disabilities or special needs. Maintain accurate records of children’s development, attendance, and any incidents that may occur. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in early childhood education. Requirements Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is required Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Familiarity with special education strategies for working with children with disabilities is a plus. Strong behavior management skills to foster a positive learning environment. Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing attitude and a genuine passion for caregiving in an educational setting. Relevant certifications in early childhood education or related fields are needed.
