Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development. Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and initiatives. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents. First aid certification is a plus.
