Summary As a Child Care Teacher at KinderCare Learning Centers, you will play a vital role in nurturing the development of young children. Located in a supportive environment, you will create engaging learning experiences that promote growth and confidence in every child while collaborating with families to meet their unique needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all children. Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience across classrooms. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored activities and care. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with young children in an educational setting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and implement behavior management strategies. Experience in special education is a plus but not required.
