• Lead, coach and mentorless experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors andprovide feedback
• Implement KinderCare’s curriculum in a way thatis consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe,nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partnerand connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the bestcare and education for their children
• Support your center’ssuccess; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goalsaround enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivatepositive relationships with families, teachers, state licensingauthorities, community contacts and corporate partners

RequiredSkills and Experience:

• Outstanding customer service skills,strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task andhandle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active ChildDevelopment Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacyrequirements
• Approved state trainer (preferred)
• 2-3 years EarlyChildhood Education Experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree inEarly Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state specificqualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• CPR andFirst Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically ableto lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Ableto assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visualcontact with children, see and hear well enough to keep childrensafe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write,understand, and speak English to communicate with children andtheir parents in English Range of pay $12.50
