Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each child. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and facilitate learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Encourage literacy education through interactive activities and storytelling. Support early childhood education initiatives that enhance children’s developmental skills. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience across grade levels. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education. Skills Strong classroom management abilities to create an effective learning environment. Experience working with children in various settings, including private schools or preschool environments. Knowledge of toddler care principles and child welfare practices. Familiarity with early childhood education methodologies, including Montessori approaches. Understanding of childhood development stages and literacy education strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff. A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
