Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to support the overall development of each child. Monitor children’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents regarding their child’s development. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Incorporate special education strategies as needed to support children with diverse learning needs. Plan and organize activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones. Requirements A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles. Familiarity with special education practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
