Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to support the President of our childcare company in both daily operations and strategic expansion. This role is ideal for someone who understands the ins and outs of childcare business management and is passionate about helping a mission-driven organization grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the President with scheduling, communications, and executive decision-making Oversee and streamline childcare center operations in compliance with New Jersey regulations Identify and support opportunities for business expansion, including new locations, partnerships, and programs Coordinate licensing, staffing, and facility readiness for new childcare sites Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategy Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and community partners Support budgeting, grant applications, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Early Childhood Education, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare operations or center management Familiarity with New Jersey childcare licensing requirements and NJCCIS Strong organizational and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
