• Position:

  Head Preschool Teacher

• Duties:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for preschool children.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.
• Provide guidance and support for children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or a willingness to obtain it).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
