Job Description
ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated Qualified Nursery Practitioners, with a minimum Level 3 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS. Part-time role available as well, working 2-3 days per week. Term-time, plus 2 additional weeks spread throughout the year. Total working is 40 weeks instead of the standard 38. Duties
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for children and their families, ensuring effective communication with parents regarding their child’s progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to support the overall objectives of the nursery.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early years education. Qualifications
- A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
