Curriculum Planning:
Use the Creative Curriculum to design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans. Foster creativity, critical thinking, and social-emotional skills through engaging activities.
Classroom Management:
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Manage behavior, transitions, and routines effectively.
Child Development Assessment:
Observe and assess children?s progress. Provide individualized support tailored to each student’s needs.
Parent Communication:
Regularly communicate with parents about their child?s progress. Conduct parent-teacher conferences.
Health and Safety:
Ensure a safe and clean classroom. Administer basic first aid when needed.
Collaboration:
Work with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning experience. Attend professional development workshops and team meetings. Remember, you?ll be shaping young minds and creating a foundation for lifelong learning!
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) Early Ed Credits are a must. State teaching certification (preferred) Passion for working with early learners Patience, kindness, and a sense of humor Salary is based on education and experience.
