Responsibilities Assist in the supervision of children in a daycare setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Support the implementation of daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Engage children in age-appropriate educational games and activities to foster learning. Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with lead teachers to manage classroom behavior effectively. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including diaper changes, feeding, and comforting as needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and any concerns. Assist with special education needs or support for children with disabilities as required. Qualifications Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential. Experience in infant care or early childhood education is preferred. Previous experience working with students or children in a classroom setting is highly desirable. Skills in behavior management to create a positive learning environment. Experience with special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Nannying experience can be beneficial for understanding child care dynamics. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
