Requirements:

NYS Masters Degree in Special Education – Must be certified in ‘Students with Disabilities, birth – grade 2’ This position requires a minimum availability of 2 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Location:

We have cases throughout the 5 boroughs, listed here in order of where we tend to receive the most case referrals: Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island. Most cases are home-based, some are at a daycare.

Responsibilities:

Planning and implementing engaging, goal-oriented sessions tailored to each child’s developmental needs and strengths Writing sessions notes, progress reports, and collecting ABA data Collaborating with the child’s parents, our program supervisor, and other professionals who are servicing the child Engaging in 10 hours of professional development per year to stay up to date on best practices in the field
