Lead Teacher, Preschool Position Available In Bronx, New York

Lead Teacher, Preschool Little Stars Childcare Program Corp 4 Bronx, NY We are seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team at a daycare center. To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or 90 college credits while currently enrolled in a program for a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field of study approved by the NYC DOH and a minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare or working with children in a classroom setting. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the site’s curriculums and themes
• Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the success of all students
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

Additional Requirements:

• Additional experience in tutoring or providing instruction is preferred
• Knowledge of child development and interests
