You will work closely with parents to create engaging home visits. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support children’s growth. Assess and monitor child’s progress through observations and evaluations. Provide individualized support to children with special needs or varying learning abilities. Collaborate with other staff to share best practices and resources. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends. Requirements Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred or a desire to enroll in continuing education coursework. Tuition reimbursement available upon request. Experience working with young children in daycare or private school settings is highly desirable. Ability to create an inclusive environment with a parent to meet the individual needs of their child.
